During this unprecedented time, we want you to know that your feelings are valid. You might feel scared, confused, overwhelmed, angry, alone, grateful, or completely calm. You might be feeling many things at once, like being upset that an event was cancelled, but happy that you can sleep in. Your feelings are normal; the situation is not.
 
We have designed this Virtual Wellness Center as a place for students and families to find tools and strategies for managing emotions and feelings. We hope you enjoy these inspirational ideas and resources.
