Beginning June 8, children 18 years of age and younger can receive free meals at participating school sites across the District. No application or registration is required to participate.
The program is open to all children in the community, regardless of whether they are enrolled in summer school. Students who are not attending summer school should check in at the school's main office before proceeding to the cafeteria.
Meals will be served at participating elementary, middle, and high school campuses, including Bursch Elementary, De Anza Elementary, Foster Elementary, Geddes Elementary, Kenmore Elementary, Tracy Elementary, Vineland Elementary, Walnut Elementary, BP STEM Academy, Jones Middle School, Olive Middle School, Sierra Vista Middle School, Baldwin Park High School, Sierra Vista High School, and the Rachel Holliday Children's Center.
Meal service dates and times vary by location and are subject to change. Most sites will operate from June 8 through July 17, while select locations may have alternate schedules.
Families can visit the Baldwin Park Unified Food and Nutrition Services website or call 626-856-4224 for menus, serving times, and additional program information.
