Every 15 Minutes
What is Every 15 Minutes?
The Every 15 Minutes program is a two-day program funded by the California Highway Patrol and the Office of Traffic Safety, involving high school juniors and seniors, which encourages them to think about personal safety when alcohol is involved. The program challenges participants to make mature decisions and recognize that their actions affect others besides themselves.
On March 30-31, 2026, Baldwin Park Unified School District, Baldwin Park Police Department, and CHP, in cooperation with various community partners, hosted the Every 15 Minutes porgram at Baldwin Park High School. Read more about the program here.
Warning: graphic images in this video depict a simulated car crash. These photos are from a pre-staged educational event and do not show a real emergency.
